Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Seraj et toi is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for all items purchased passes to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (fragrances and personal care items), we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

• Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@serajettoi.com with photos of the issue.
• Unopened Items Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original packaging.
• Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
